Effect of AndroGel on Inflammatory Mediators and Oxidative Stress in Type 2 Diabetic Males with Hypogonadism

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of having testosterone deficiency in men with diabetes. This will be done by comparing the changes in several body response indicators following treatment with testosterone in diabetic men with low testosterone levels and comparing them to diabetic men with low testosterone who are not treated with testosterone.

Eligibility

Diabetic males between the ages of 30–75 years with have low testosterone levels.

Requirements

You are being asked to participate because you are a diabetic male between the ages of 30–75 years and have low testosterone levels.

Reimbursement

$200 4-6 week after completion of study
